TIM REMINGTON ENDORSES RAUL LABRADOR FOR GOVERNOR
I’ll stand with Raúl.
“Finding a man of integrity who has stuck to his principles is very needed in the world today.”- Pastor Tim Remington
Boise, ID -- Pastor Tim Remington, pastor of The Altar, a non-denominational church serving the City of Coeur d’Alene for nearly 25 years, announced today he is endorsing Raúl Labrador for governor.
“When my fellow pastors and I met with Raúl Labrador 8 years ago, we asked him tough questions and took a lot of notes. I recently reviewed these notes and found that he kept every promise he made to us - he never wavered when the political elite kept the pressure on him,” said Remington. “An elected political leader of character and integrity is very rare these days and I am glad to say that Washington, D.C., hasn't changed Raúl Labrador. He has shown us that he stands by his principles and has never backed off the promises he made to the pastors and I, and Idaho voters in general. Finding a man of integrity who has stuck to his principles is very needed in the world today. I trust Raúl Labrador because he is a man of his word. For the people that don't know Raúl Labrador, he is a man that is very pro-family, very pro-life and very principled.”
“I am deeply grateful for Pastor Tim’s endorsement,” said Labrador. “I am honored to have earned his trust and will continue to consistently fight – without compromise – for Idaho’s families and for our values. Pastor Remington has a true servant’s heart and I am humbled to receive his support.”
Pastor Tim Remington is the latest announced member of Labrador’s Religious Freedom Coalition, which includes members of faith from around the State of Idaho. The North Idaho Pastor became well known as “The Ted Cruz Pastor” targeted for attempted murder after praying with Ted Cruz on the campaign trail. Pastor Tim made a full recovery and the shooter was captured and prosecuted.
