Raúl Labrador Raises $309,046 in First Weeks of the Campaign
I’ll stand with Raúl.
Boise, ID - Congressman Raúl Labrador's campaign for Governor announced today that he raised over $309,046 in a little more than one month. Labrador's fundraising total outpaced his opponent’s fundraising over that same period of time.
“The high level of support I’ve received in such a short period of time is humbling,” said Labrador. “The people of Idaho are excited for new leadership, and our first campaign Finance Report shows that. Idahoans are tired of the status quo and politicians picking winners and losers. They want proven conservative leadership. That's what I've delivered throughout my time in public service and that's what I will deliver as Governor."
The $309,046 raised by the Raúl Labrador for Governor campaign shows enthusiasm from Idaho grassroots supporters, with 52% of the donations coming in for $100 or less. The campaign also reported $287,821 cash on hand. This strong cash on hand total shows the campaign is committed to a conservative, prudent, disciplined campaign and puts the campaign in a strong position to deliver Labrador’s conservative message to Idaho voters.
John Zarian, Chairman of the Finance Committee, said: “People are excited about Raúl Labrador's campaign and his vision for a brighter Idaho for all of us. As a true fiscal conservative, Raúl has efficiently spent his donors' money in the early stages, which is the smart approach. Idahoans know the Governor's office is not for sale. Instead, it must be earned through hard-won experience and prudent judgment. Raúl is the right candidate with the right message at the right time. Our fundraising report is just the latest proof of that."
