Labrador Announces Roger and Gayle Batt as Campaign Co-Chairs
I’ll stand with Raúl.
“There’s no doubt Raúl Labrador is the right man for the job,” said Roger and Gayle Batt. “We’ve known Raúl for years and worked closely with him as a member of the Idaho Legislature and as a U.S. Congressman on issues that are important to Idaho. He is a true leader who stands up for the people and knows the proper role of government. Raúl is a stalwart conservative, a man of integrity, and a man of actions and not words. We are honored to be his campaign co-chairs and look forward to sharing his vision of a brighter future for all of us.”
Roger and Gayle are both 5th generation Idahoans hailing from Canyon County. They both have a long history of public service and deep roots in Idaho’s agricultural economy. Gayle served in the Idaho House of Representatives for six years after having spent nearly a decade working on state and federal water policy, and has been active managing the family farm and volunteers in several civic organizations. Roger owns a small business that serves a variety of agricultural and natural resource associations, commissions, councils, coalitions, and committees focused on developing policies to strengthen Idaho’s agricultural economy. Roger is a veteran of the United States Navy and currently serves on numerous committees and boards.
